Nicola Kidman-Suessbier was born
and grew up in Cambridge, England. She has been living in Munich, Germany since 1979 and has been working as an educator and trainer since 1978.

She has taught English as a Foreign Language in England, France and Germany where she also holds workshops on authentic leadership, communication skills, presentation skills, learning to learn skills and creativity.

She has also presented in the USA and Mexico.

She has a Bachelor of Education,
an R.S.A. Dip. TEFL and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer and
a licensed Brain Gym® Instructor/
Consultant.

She is a certified NLP Coach and runs
the Kidman Süßbier Institute in Munich together with her husband where she offers Executive and Life Coaching.

Brain Gym® / Educational kinesiology is also an integral part of her work-shops and coaching.

Her mission is to support people in discovering and achieving their goals and making their dreams come true.

Her mission is like a tree with branches outstretched, reaching out, touching people, reaching up to the light and being a guiding light to those she teaches and coaches, and as the tree blossoms and the seeds are blown in the wind new trees will grow. The long roots allow the tree
to sway in the wind but enable it to
stay centred.

Her vision is a world where people acknowledge and use their full potential and are happy, satisfied, and fulfilled living a life aligned with their values.

Her passions are: people, coaching, teaching, learning, creativity and being creative, music, jogging, yoga and travelling to islands especially
in the South Pacific.

Her dream is to spend some time on the Island of Samoa in a Samoan village to learn from the natives and share her coaching and training skills.

Uwe Süßbier was born in Berlin, 
Germany, a cosmopolitan city
with a distinct history and culture. 
From early on in his life he had the  opportunity to connect with and grow up with people from different cultures and with different points
of view. 

Uwe worked in the corporate world
for more than 30 years in the areas
of power engineering, information    technology, customer service, sales
and consultancy which enabled him
to get to know internationally 
different cultures, mentalities and behaviours and meet highly creative people with great potential. 

Contact with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) was to influence his continuing journey through life.
The journey went via an NLP Master Practitoner and NLP Coach to his
own coaching practice. His studies 
in psychology continue to enrich this journey.

The coaching practice developed
into Kidman Süßbier Institute where, together with his wife Nicola, they
offer as well as life and executive coaching a comprehensive programme
of personal growth and development seminars and workshops. Kidman    Süßbier Institute holds these seminars and workshops in Munich, Mexico and the USA. 

His passion for fitness training, jogging, walking in the mountains
and aikido, travelling, photography, psychology and creativity opened
new potential for his development.
His passion for psychology has led
him to an interest in the extensive
area of consciousness which he
pursues with curiosity and great enthusiasm and attention.  

The integration of mind and body, fun, motivation and enthusiasm is the foundation of his coaching and is also an integral part of his training and 
studies to become a somatic coach. 

Uwe's mission is to support and accompany people in the shaping, forming and realization of their     dreams and goals. His mission is to acknowledge the potential in people and to explore it together, and like a wonderful fountain with fun, energy and motivation, enable it to develop and blossom.
